How to cancel Disney+

Cancel on DisneyPlus.com under Profile, Account, Subscription. It ends at the end of your current term.

Steps

  1. Log in to DisneyPlus.com in a computer or mobile web browser.
  2. Select your Profile.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select your Disney+ subscription under Subscription.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

Refunds, timing and things to know

  • You keep access until the end of your current subscription term. The timing depends on whether you pay monthly, yearly, or are on a promotion.
  • Canceling does not delete your Disney+ account or your MyDisney account.
  • Monthly plans billed by Disney+ may be able to pause instead. A pause starts at your next billing period.

If someone else bills you

  • If you signed up through a third party (such as Amazon, Apple or Google), cancel with that company instead.

Save proof. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep the confirmation email. If you are charged again after canceling, our billing error letter can help.
