Refunds, timing and things to know
- Refund: Adobe says most plans get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. After that, a refund or fee depends on your plan type, so read the cancellation details screen before you confirm.
- If you have more than one plan, cancel each one separately.
- Access to paid apps continues until the end of the current billing period.
- You cannot cancel while a payment is processing or has a problem. Wait 24 hours and try again.
If someone else bills you
- If you bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel through that company.
Save proof. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep the confirmation email. If you are charged again after canceling, our billing error letter can help.
